Characteristics of preprint ink

in the field of corrugated box processing, using web preprint technology to produce large quantities of products has become a trend. Naturally, the benefits of prepress technology need not be mentioned, but to truly popularize the application of prepress technology, it is necessary to solve a series of problems, especially the need to develop ink suitable for prepress

compared with other ink varieties, preprint inks are required to have the following characteristics:

1 High temperature resistance

Web pre printing processing technology is to print the face paper first, and the pre printing machine is used to put it in front and receive it later. The printed products still maintain the roll form and will be used as the face paper for processing corrugated cardboard. After that, the printed products are directly loaded into the corrugated paper production line and processed into corrugated board with lining paper and corrugated paper

in the process of processing into corrugated board, the printing process is only one step in the process, and the printed products can only be regarded as semi-finished products, but also enter the next process for further processing. In the process of corrugated board production, in order to completely dry the adhesive in corrugated board, it must be dried at high temperature. At present, the drying temperature of domestic tile wires is basically above 60 ℃ mentioned by Preston Jones of 1 Space Center, and the drying temperature of some high-speed tile wires even exceeds 200 ℃. In this process, it is required that the ink color of the pre printed pattern cannot change. Therefore, the preprint ink must have better high temperature resistance

2. Friction resistance

pre printing is just a processing process, and the finished product is still printed. 5. The oil delivery valve of the control pressure testing machine should be on the tile line. During the secondary processing on the tile line, it is inevitable that the face paper will rub against the equipment, and the printed pattern must not be worn or even rubbed off. Therefore, preprint technology also puts forward new requirements for the friction resistance of ink

before mixing ink, the most important process is to analyze the original. When analyzing the color manuscript, it is mainly to analyze the color on the color manuscript and the ink used. The general principle that should be followed is: the three primary colors are the basic colors for allocating all ink colors. No matter how complex the colors are, no matter how they change, they will not exceed the range of the three primary colors in the second half of this year. When analyzing the color manuscript, it is necessary to make clear whether the color manuscript is mainly printed by line or on-site. If line printing is the main method, we should focus on the consistency of the background color when allocating ink; If it is mainly based on field printing, the deployment can focus on the same complexion; If you have both, you should take into account the background color and complexion when mixing ink

after analyzing the color manuscript, analyze the color of the ink used, that is, for any kind of ink, be good at seeing the color components. For example: for yellow ink, we should be good at identifying whether it has red phase or blue phase (or green phase); For magenta ink, we should be good at identifying whether it is yellow or blue (or purple); For green ink, we should be good at identifying whether it is red or green (or yellow)

suppose that green ink is mixed with green ink and yellow ink. If green ink has red phase, or yellow ink has red phase, the green obtained by mixing that line will not be dimmed, because this is actually equivalent to adding magenta ink to green ink and yellow ink, and even if this part of magenta is small, it should be mixed with a certain amount of cyan and yellow according to the principle of subtraction method in the scope of application of pigments to form black (Yellow + cyan + magenta = black), and a small amount of black should be added to green, Of course, the color will be dimmed, and the lightness and saturation will be greatly reduced
